## Description

Tomai is a winery in the town of Comrat, in Gagauzia, in the Tomai Valley of the Bugeac steppe, an area long known for wine. The winery's site points to roots in 1903, and the Tomai-Vinex company was set up in Tomai village as successor to the local wine-processing plant. The range includes the Gagauz Wine, De Tomai \(aged 18 months in French oak\), Tomai Reserve and Muscat series, plus the mulled wine Glintwein. Its wines have been entered in international competitions such as Vinarium, Mundus Vini and the International Wine & Spirit Competition.
