The operator's details and contact address are published on the [Contact](https://demo.moldova.travel/en/contact) page. By using the site, the planner, the public data interface \(API\) or the connector for AI assistants \(MCP\), you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform. ## What the platform does and does not do - It presents places, events and tour packages published by partners and checked by ANTRIM. - It suggests itineraries with the help of artificial intelligence, built from the places in the catalogue. - It sends you to the host, organiser or tour operator through a link we count, so that we know which recommendations are useful. - It makes no bookings, confirms no availability, takes no payments and is not a party to the contract between you and whoever provides the service. ## Itineraries and the assistant's answers Itineraries, times and chat answers are generated automatically and are indicative. Check the opening hours, price and availability with the host before you set off. The assistant answers only from the platform's content and can be wrong; do not base an important decision on it alone. ## Prices and information about offers Prices shown are indicative, in Moldovan lei \(MDL\), and belong to the partners. The price, booking terms and cancellation terms are those the host gives you when you book with them. Whoever runs that site is responsible for its content, for payments and for the data you leave there. ## Enquiries to tour operators When you send an enquiry about a package or a group, we pass it to the tour operator, with your consent, so that they can answer you. The offer and the contract are between you and the tour operator. ## The site's content The texts, photographs, illustrations, maps and brand marks belong to ANTRIM or to the partners who published them. You may use them to plan a trip and share them with the source named; for any other use, ask for our permission. ## Fair use - Do not try to get around the platform's limits \(for example the number of plans per day\) and do not overload it with automated requests. - The public data interface and the MCP connector are free to use within the published rate limits, with the source named and without presenting the data as someone else's. - Do not enter illegal or offensive content, or other people's personal data, in the chat or the forms. ## Liability We do our best to keep the information correct and current, but it comes from partners and can change. To the extent the law allows, ANTRIM is not liable for services provided by hosts, organisers or tour operators, nor for losses arising from the use of indicative information.
