The Codru Forests
The Ungheni Tourist Information Center, at Vasile Alecsandri 5, was set up in 2023 under the initiative "Sustainable Actions for Economic Growth through Tourism". It gives information on local attractions, restaurants, hotels, tourism packages and traditional crafts, and keeps maps of the sights and artisans of the Ungheni region. The center also organises and promotes local events: cycling initiatives, craft fairs and cultural celebrations through the year.
