Rural tourism · Ștefan Vodă and the Lower Nistru
Meșter Faur guesthouse is in the village of Cioburciu, Ștefan Vodă district, on the bank of the Dniester inside the Lower Dniester protected area. Guests stay in reed-thatched tree houses built from wicker and wood by the craftsman Pavel Țăranu, about six metres above the water. Interiors have carved wooden beds and embroidered textiles. Visitors can fish, take boat trips or kayak, walk or ride a carriage through the forest, and visit Chițcani Monastery and Purcari winery. The guesthouse uses solar panels for hot water all year round.
A rough sketch. The distance is in a straight line, not by road.
