Gagauz Sofrasi is an ethno-tourist complex in Congaz, Gagauzia, built in the style of a traditional Gagauz courtyard. It has a small hotel with rooms in traditional and in contemporary style, an ethnographic museum, a panoramic terrace, a cellar with regional wines and a restaurant serving Gagauz cuisine by reservation. Visitors can take a one-hour guided tour, learn to make gözleme in a culinary workshop (groups of at least six) or stay overnight. Tours run in Russian and Turkish and need advance booking. The banquet hall is used for weddings and other events.
