Wineries · The Codru Forests
Crama Mircești is a winery in the village of Mircești, Ungheni district, in the Codru wine region. It combines modern technology with respect for the local terroir and works indigenous varieties such as Fetească Albă, Fetească Neagră and Rară Neagră, along with international varieties from its own vineyards. Visitors choose between several tasting packages of 3 to 8 wines, lasting about two hours. The restaurant, with two halls, serves traditional Moldovan cuisine reinterpreted with European influences. The complex has 13 rooms, a traditional courtyard, a children's playground and bicycles for hire. Booking in advance is required, and transport from Chișinău can be arranged for an extra fee.
